COORDINATOR’S & FINANCIAL REPORT
Gene Toole stated that the financial report had not changed since last month. He has requested the funds for the mini grants. Mr. Toole is working with Mrs. Foster to align finances
At the regional meeting it was announced that $7,500 would be given to each county and an additional $2,500 would be allotted for data gathering for each county.
Gene stated that a brochure with data would be required for the $2,500. This will allow for the region and state STW to develop a database of activities in the state. There is a software package available to assist the data gathering. It was felt that data was presently accessible and that the job descriptions in the software would be the benefit.
