"School-To-Work is Adams County's commitment to preparing our youth for successful entry into the world of work--and its determination to instill in each of them a desire for lifelong learning. The initiative is an effort to build public-private partnerships that offer pathways to more challenging, better paying occupations for Adams County's young people--and avenues to increased productivity and competitiveness for business and industry."
