Mrs. Monica Acox is the advisor of the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America. FCCLA is a organization that helps you to understand and encourages you to make the right choices to in life.

FCCLA's mission is to promote personal growth and leadership through experience and learning. FCCLA focuses on the multiple roles of the family member, income provider, and community leader. Members develop life skills through character development, creative and critical thinking, and practical knowledge. We believe that to understand this world, you have to find and use the knowledge that surrounds you. Learn to be a great person and always help others in any way you can.


Membership

Any student who has been enrolled in a Work and Family Life Class can become a state and national affiliated member. This lets students participate in projects and competition outside our local area and attend regional, state, and national meetings, conferences, and conventions. All students currently taking Life Planning, Nutrition and Wellness, Personal Development, Resource Management, Parenting, and Family Living are automatically local members.
